Gary Douglas “Coach” is an African American single father of three adult children and on special needs teenager, as well as the boys on his inner-city football team. Coach works to keep both of his lives balanced but it is nearly impossible as both of his worlds are constantly being ripped in different directions. As his assistant coach and daughter Elise begins to recognize early signs of dementia both sides of his family must work together so help their hero with the next chapter of his life.
